Jack Wolfe has over 30 years in the real estate business. After receiving a degree from Michigan State University in land planning he spent the first seven years of his career as a project manager for design and planning of resort related master planned communities.

After receiving a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver in 1987, Jack spent the next 8-1/2 years developing commercial and hospitality projects for the Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida and Paris, France. Project complted include the Eagle and Osprey Golf Courses, the Crossroads Shopping Center, Downtown Disney, Disney’s Boardwalk Resort, and the Disneyland Hotel, Paris. Additionally, Jack performed several property searches and acquisitions.

In 1995, Jack joined East West Partners in Breckenridge and then became the Managing Partner for Summit County in 1999. He completed numerous residential and commercial projects including the One Breckenridge Place, the Reserve at Frisco, Main Street Station, Hyatt Main Street Station and Main Street Junction. Jack oversaw all development activities including acquisitions, business planning, entitlements, design, construction, marketing, residential sales and commercial leasing on these projects.

From 2003 to 2006, Jack oversaw a multitude of projects including completing the Breckenridge Ski Resorts Peak 7 & 8 entitlements, the Town development agreement and approval of the Breckenridge Gondola, repositioning Keystone’s Riverun Village, planning for a private fishing property, recreational property development, master plan communities with significant commercial components, town center development, modular and afforable housing.

From 2006 to 2008 Jack was the President of Commercial Development for McWhinney, a Loveland, Colorado based commercial developer. In that capacity Jack oversaw the commercial development, sales and leasing of retail, hospitality, office, and medical office projects.

Jack is member of the Urban Land Institute. He is a board member of the United States Ski Mountaineering Association, and serves as president of the Board of the Summit Huts Association. Jack is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.

He resides in Breckenridge with his wife Wendy and 11-year-old son Alex.
